We realized the solution wasn't another single-use tool. It was a single, unified platform that works as hard as you do.

Aviator Ops Ally was born from a simple idea: technology should simplify flying, not complicate it. We're building the app we've always wanted to use.

A credentialed actuary with deep domain expertise in aviation, Kyle is on a mission to fix the broken systems private pilots endure. After identifying a massive inefficiency in how flight data is used for risk assessment, he founded AOA to build a seamless platform that turns insights into fairer premiums and simpler operations for aviators.

Terry Dickson

Chief Product Officer

A seasoned product leader with 16 years in P&C

insurance tech, including deep expertise in

core systems like GuideWire. Terry specializes in

transforming complex operational needs into intuitive,

customer-facing software, with a proven track record

in both medical devices and dental tech.

Jennifer Velez

Chief Operations Officer and Media Director

Originally hired to lead marketing and communications, Jennifer’s role has expanded to Fractional COO and Media Director, applying 15+ years of building brand ecosystems for giants like Forever 21 and SPARC Group. She architects the operational and cultural systems that turn ambitious growth plans into scalable, market-ready realities.
